Now that you know everything about our team and services, it’s time to book your estimate. 

Whether I’ve the phone, video , or in person the estimate is an important step in the scheduling process and required so that there are no surprises on cleaning day! 

Virtual Estimate via Phone Call

First step with an over the phone estimate is filling out our SERVICE REQUEST FORM (required) by pressing the blue button below titled “Fill out service request form.” Upload the requested photos in the form. A video may be requested if the photos are blurry, out of focus or have bad lighting (link to upload video will be provided if needed). We will then schedule a phone call and go over the details. Lastly I will send over the link to my booking page where you may choose the day and time of your cleaning. I will then send you the service agreement to sign and date (REQUIRED). The last step is to pay the booking deposit to secure your booking. It is taken out of your total due and is nonrefundable.

Lastly I will send over the link to my booking page where you may choose the day and time of your cleaning. I will then send you the service agreement to sign and date (REQUIRED). The last step is to pay the booking deposit to secure your booking. It is taken out of your total due and is nonrefundable.

Refund Policy

At Call it Cleaner, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our refund policy below:

Deposits

All deposits made to secure a cleaning appointment are non-refundable, without exception.

Refunds for Services

We do not offer refunds for completed services. While we strive for excellence, payment for services rendered is final.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Touch-Up Policy

If a client is not satisfied with the service provided, we offer a one-time complimentary touch-up visit to address any missed areas. To qualify:

Our detailed checklist is reviewed and signed by both the client and cleaner(s) before the cleaner departs and final payment is made. This process ensures clarity and mutual agreement on the quality of work performed.

If any concerns arise after this checklist is signed, we will assess them fairly and respond appropriately; however, refunds will not be issued.

Dispute Policy

At Call it Cleaner, LLC, we value transparency, fairness, and open communication with our clients. We understand that misunderstandings can happen, and our goal is to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.

How to Submit a Dispute

If you believe there is an issue with the service you received, please notify us within 48 hours of the service date by contacting us directly via phone or email. Include the following details:
